Issued by: TheBS Company of Forionne UK Limited
Registered Office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
1. Introduction
TheBS Company is committed to full transparency and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks across all jurisdictions in which we operate. This statement outlines our position with respect to the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC), which governs electronic communications networks and services within the European Union (Directive (EU) 2018/1972).
2. Scope of Business
TheBS Company operates as a wholesale business serving both consumer and business markets across the European Union. Our primary activities involve wholesale trade and logistics, and we do not engage in the provision of:
Electronic communications networks (ECN)
Electronic communications services (ECS), including internet access, voice communications, SMS, or OTT messaging services
Number-based or number-independent interpersonal communications services
Ancillary communications services such as emergency call access, roaming, or directory assistance
3. Non-Applicability of the EECC
Under the definitions set out in the EECC, TheBS Company is not classified as an ECN or ECS provider. We neither directly nor indirectly offer electronic communications services or infrastructure to end-users or other businesses. Accordingly, the following provisions of the EECC do not apply to our operations:
- Network or service registration with national regulatory authorities
- Consumer communications obligations under the EECC
- Security and interoperability requirements applicable to ECS providers
- Emergency call obligations
- Number portability and contract summary rules
4. Subsidiary Companies
TheBS Company operates subsidiaries — TheBS Kids, TheBS Women, and TheBS Men — which may offer distinct services from the parent entity. None of these subsidiaries are currently engaged in any activity that falls within the scope of the EECC. However, all subsidiaries operate in compliance with EU consumer and data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Commitment to Compliance
While TheBS Company is not subject to the EECC, we remain committed to:
- Monitoring relevant regulatory developments
- Conducting periodic internal reviews to ensure continued compliance
- Updating this statement if the nature of our operations changes in a way that could affect our EECC status
